United Way 2026 Summer Social Service Provider Sign Up

Thank you for your interest in joining us for the United Way Summer Socials. (formerly Back to School Neighbourhood Celebrations). These events are designed to activate the neighbourhood, connect neighbours with each other and community services while celebrating the end of summer.

We are hosting three events:
Friday Aug 7, 1-5pm LEAMINGTON Neighbourhood Summer Social - Dieppe Park – 14 Orange Street Leamington

Friday Aug 14, 1-5pm WEST WINDSOR Neighbourhood Summer Social - Crowley Park – 3325 College Ave. Windsor

Friday 21, 1-5pm DOWNTOWN East Summer Social- Begley Public School- 1093 Assumption St Windsor

At the events we will have the following for children and families all for free:
  • Children's Haircuts
  • Bike Safety with Local Police-& Helmet fitting
  • School and Health Information
  • Games/ STEM/Art Activities
  • Books to take home
  • Service providers to talk about their services
  • Stamp card with a chance to win grocery gift cards
  • And more to be added!
We are looking for service providers that help children and families with school readiness and general family wellness/community betterment to join us! You will have the option to sign up for one, two or all three events.

Once you sign up we will send a confirmation email to let you know we have your registration and your spot is secured* We will include the appropriate event posters along with the email. We will provide updates as we get closer to the event as well as detailed set up instructions with parking instructions and map .

Important requirement: We ask you to provide your tent, tables and chairs and all other supplies you need to participate. Tents must be secured with weights. We are unable to supply to you as all of ours will be in use already at the event. Set up will begin at 11:30am and take down will be at 5pm sharp. We will provide a bathroom, handwashing station and water at all events.

6.How many staff will be in attendance (approximately)? If possible, we recommend carpooling due to limited parking at the event location.(Required.)
7.Will you have staff that speak languages other than English who would be willing to help us answer questions from participants? If so please indicate their name and language spoken.
