United Way of West TN COVID-19 Survey

United Way of West TN seeks to better understand the impacts of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic on people living in our community. We are conducting a survey that will be used to inform how to best support ALICE (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) families throughout long-term recovery and beyond.

Completing this survey should take approximately 10 minutes. Your responses are confidential. The results of this survey will not be shared along with identifying information.
