Introduction
United Way of Southeast Mississippi (United Way of SEMS) is seeking information on the community’s awareness of the nonprofit and patterns of giving. Individual responses will not be analyzed; rather the data from all completed surveys will be compiled and submitted to United Way as a whole to look at community trends.
Although voluntary, your participation in this survey is appreciated and will help provide important insight for the organization’s public relations program. Please feel free to skip any questions you do not wish to answer and to stop at any time. While your responses will remain confidential and you will not be contacted regarding your input, the organization is conducting a drawing for a $25 gift card for those who wish to include their email addresses at the end of the survey. The winner of the drawing will be notified via email so he/she can redeem the prize; otherwise, efforts to contact you regarding your participation will not be made.
