Sustainable Staffing Strategizers Wave Cohort Application

Thank you for your interest in the Sustainable Staffing Strategizers wave cohort!

Description: Are you eager to pursue creative, values-based approaches to aligning your missional priorities and staffing with your financial resources? We’ll discuss staffing trends, models, and challenges; explore leadership frameworks and emerging approaches; envision small-bet experiments; and more. Light assignments between sessions will help you apply your learnings and share your imaginings.

While much of the focus will be on sustainability of finances, we’ll also consider sustainability for humans, i.e., work/life balance, reasonable job scopes, manageable volunteer responsibilities, backup plans, etc.

By the end of our time together, you should have greater clarity about possible directions – and thought partners from within and beyond your congregation. Multiple leaders from a single congregation are welcome to apply! (Each person should submit their own application.)

Join Jan Gartner and others for six weekly 75-minute sessions: Tuesdays, March 3 through April 7, starting at 3p ET (noon PT).

This no-cost offering is part of the UUA's Meet the Moment programming.
