UUP is preparing for the next round of contract negotiations. With this survey our negotiations team hopes to better understand members' priorities for the upcoming contract. We seek input on areas of our contract that might be improved, items that could be added to the contract, and those provisions that are essential to defend against concession demands from management.

The survey takes 15-20 minutes or less to complete. Responses are anonymous; the intent is to understand preferences across the entire UUP bargaining unit, NOT to identify individuals.

Please note: to ensure anonymity, there is no way to pause the survey once you have started it, or to edit your responses once they have been submitted. Therefore, please give yourself time to complete the survey in full.

This survey is intended for UUP members at all campus types and in all categories of employment: part-time and full-time, professional and academic, contingent and permanent.
