Thank you for considering The University of Tennessee Medical Center (UTMC) as a partner for your community event(s). UTMC is committed to supporting community organizations whose work is focused on improving our community’s health. We appreciate your efforts and commitment to improving the health of the community.
Guidelines
· UTMC ONLY accepts community outreach and education requests that are submitted online.
· UTMC participation is based on staff/volunteer availability and attendance is not guaranteed.
· When possible, please submit requests at least 60 days prior to your event.
· Participation decisions are usually made within 4-5 weeks from the submitted request.
· Questions marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
