Directions:

The USDA Pilot Project for Unprocessed Fresh Fruits and Vegetables (Pilot/Pilot Program) is an option for schools to utilize their United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) entitlement.

In order to participate in the Pilot Program:
    • Pilot Program Guidance Memo must be completed.
    • Schools must properly procure the produce/vendor.
For assistance with participating in the program, please contact our office.

You may use this survey to request to add or remove USDA entitlement from the program at any time through the school year.

Approved allocation requests will be entered into WBSCM and will appear in the 'DoD Fresh' column on your Entitlement/Bonus Summary Report in WBSCM.

❗ Before you submit a request to increase (or, for your beginning allocation), please run the Entitlement/Bonus Summary Report in WBSCM to view your available entitlement balance (Ent. Balance).
