Background Information
Community leaders in the Township of Upper St. Clair are in the process of working on a new Comprehensive Land Use Plan. The last Comprehensive Plan was updated in 2015. The Township’s new Comprehensive Plan will include goals and strategies for many facets of Upper St. Clair’s local government and quality of life, including community facilities and amenities, parks and recreation, open space, housing, economic development, land use, connectivity and trails, transportation, natural resources and the environment, and infrastructure.
Your thoughts and ideas are important to the future of Upper St. Clair! Over the next few months, you will have the opportunity to contribute in a variety of ways to the comprehensive planning process. This survey is an important part of the broader public engagement process and is the first engagement opportunity being offered to residents and stakeholders.
The survey will take about 10 minutes to complete, and your responses will be anonymous unless you choose to provide your name and email address.
