This short survey is intended to gain a better perspective on the current uses and/or limitations that exist in partnering and collective goals to advance construction project delivery.  This survey is intended for USACE contractors. 

Responses are not limited to one per company.  We encourage anyone with relevant experience in your company to complete this survey.
