Thank you for your support of the Army Corps of Engineers effort to understand how knowledge management (KM) is implemented across the Army and identify best practices to improve its program.
This survey is not intended as an assessment of quality nor the KM maturity of your organization, since the appropriateness of individual KM approaches and techniques is determined by the unique missions, requirements, and personnel considerations of each organization.
This survey will provide critical insights into your KM practices, and will be followed up by a brief phone call from our KM support contractor, Strategic Knowledge Solutions, Inc., to help us better understand the details of your program. It consists of a mix of yes/no, multiple choice, and fill-in-the-blank questions that should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. This survey does not ask questions of a sensitive nature regarding your mission or KM-related systems, and all questions are optional.
To thank you for your participation, the Corps of Engineers will make the results of our KM Landscape Analysis available to your organization when it is complete in May 2015.
Should you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me or Dr. Mike Prevou at Strategic Knowledge Solutions. Dr. Prevou may be reached at mike@strategicKS.com, or 913-547-1163. For technical issues with the survey, contact Mr. Mike Hower at mike.hower@strategicKS.com, or 719-447-7487.
If you do not wish to participate in the survey, but would like to be interviewed as part of our Army-wide analysis, contact Dr. Prevou directly at the number above.
Thank you for providing your valuable time to our study.
