Background!

The University of Puerto Rico, School of Dental Medicine and the Academy for Academic Leadership are working together to develop a Center for Leading and Learning (CCL) to provide professional growth through lifelong learning in the areas of leadership, pedagogy, and health policy to for health professions educators and practitioners throughout the region.

The CCL would complement existing networking opportunities with courses focused on critical leadership and management skills to help you reach your professional goals. This survey is CCL's first step in assessing your interest in such an initiative and will help us gather data to help determine what training and development needs exist.

Your feedback will influence the future direction of the CCL programming. We appreciate your help. Your answers are anonymous unless you self-identify as someone with whom we can discuss the programming further.

This CCL is being developed in partnership between the University of Puerto Rico School of Dental Medicine (UPR-SDM) and the Academy for Academic Leadership (AAL), an Atlanta-based consulting and professional development firm that has worked with numerous health professions institutions and organizations including those in the professional dental education sector. If you have questions or comments about the survey, please contact Dr. Karl Haden at khaden@aalgroup.org.

Thank you for your feedback!
