Campus Housing Move-in Days |
Volunteer sign-up form
Why should you volunteer for 2016 Freshman Move-In Day?
Moving onto a college campus is a milestone event for our new students and their families. As a volunteer, you’ll have the opportunity to welcome our students to the university, make the process easier for families and leave them with a positive impression of faculty, staff and the campus community.
Plus – it’s just fun to meet our new freshmen class.
2016 move-in days will be Tuesday, Aug. 16 and Wednesday, Aug. 17.
The deadline to volunteer is 5 p.m. Monday, Aug. 8. A free meal will be provided to volunteers either before or after each shift. Please remember that most shifts will be outdoors.
After completing the form below, a confirmation will be sent. Final details of your shifts and work duties will be sent closer to move-in days.
