Volunteer Team Registration

Greetings in the name of Christ! Thank you for visiting our volunteer registration site and offering yourself to be the hands, feet, and ears of Christ in this challenging time.

This registration site is for teams who wish to assist with rebuild/construction work in the South Central area of the state (Baton Rouge/Denham Springs) affected by the Great Flood of 2016 and in the Southwest area of the state (Lake Charles) for those affected by Hurricane Harvey in 2017.

Please follow the steps below to register your team and someone will be in touch.

If you are an individual who wants to volunteer,
please connect with your local United Methodist Church to form a team.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

All volunteers will be required to complete the required release forms.
Team members who are not VIM trained may also have to submit to a background check in order to work in homes.
If you have questions prior to completing your team registration for the Baton Rouge area, please email Linda Boswell, Volunteer Coordinator at Volunteercoordinator@laumcmissions.org. If you are registering a team for the Lake Charles area, please email Micah Davis at adminmicah@laumcmissions.org.
