For the first time in history, four generations are in the workforce at the same time. It is predicted that up to 50% of the current water industry workforce will retire over the next decade, taking years of historical knowledge with them.
Many managers feel overwhelmed by the in-depth succession planning needed to overcome this retirement wave, and simultaneously have questions about how to best engage young professionals, and recruit and retain leaders.
