Thank you for your interest in our Community Partners Coalition. We seek to unite partners in identifying and addressing the needs of schools, students, and families through collaborative action.
Coalition teams gather monthly at the school for 45-60 minutes to discuss upcoming needs and opportunities (typically after school between 3:30-5:30 p.m.). Virtual participation is available at all locations. Meeting notes will be shared via email within 48 hours after each session. Once we received your request, a site coordinator will reach out to you directly with a calendar invite.
Our next round Coalition meetings will begin in August 2025.
