Please register the individual names of the golfers on your team playing in the tournament. The Golf Tournament will be held on Oct. 3 at Sequoyah National Golf Club. To purchase your golf sponsorship, please return to the main event webpage.
If you don't know all of the names of your golfers right now, please fill in the names you know at this time, and you can return to this site and add in additional golfers' names once confirmed. Please be sure to list all of your golfers are under the same organization or group name.
Also please note auction gift certificates provided through golf sponsorships will be assigned one per each golfer – non transferable.
