Thank you for your interest in the 2023 U District Vacant Spaces Revival Grant program!

This fund is available to businesses and nonprofit organizations that have occupied a vacant ground-floor commercial space (after January 1, 2023) or plan to do so (by October 15, 2023). The aim of this one-time funding is to support the start-up costs of operating/ expanding/ relocating into a vacant ground-floor commercial space in the U District.
 
This fund is a part of the federal ARPA program and has been awarded to the U District Partnership by the Washington State Department of Commerce with the explicit aim of supporting small, BIPOC-, and Woman-owned businesses.
