NHS Bradford City and NHS Bradford Districts CCGs engaged with people about their experience and use of urgent care services. These services include the GP out of hours, pharmacies and 111. The public, patients, carers and stakeholders have been contributing to shape these plans over the past months and we want to share the work to date and gauge your views on further shaping the plans. We would like to hear from patients, carers and service users as well as health and social care professionals and organisations, patient groups and networks.
Senior clinical staff and managers from both CCGs will be in attendance to feedback on developments and hear your views and needs of the services.
