My Plates - Texas Diver Plate Survey

My Plates is considering launching a new design that will allow divers of all types in the Lone Star State to show their pride in and support of the sport. The plate will be sponsored by the City of Houston Underwater Mariners Club (chumclub.org), but will be available to all Texas divers. Please complete the following survey to indicate your interest, sign up for email updates about the plate process, and indicate a favored design should the plate application proceed.
