Thank you for participating in the Two-Spirit Reconciliation event hosted by the Pacific AIDS Network (PAN).
In an effort to learn what worked well and what could be improved for future events and for our capacity building events overall, we are asking you to please complete the following survey. We will use findings to improve our work, highlight successes and to share evaluation findings with our funders.
The survey will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.
Everyone who participates in this survey will have the option to be entered into a draw for a $50 gift card. You will be directed to a separate page to enter the draw when finished, this allows us to keep your survey answers separate from your contact information.
