The Twin Cities Area Transportation Study (TwinCATS) is a transportation policy-making organization. TwinCATS is currently revising its long range transportation plan - a requirement for securing state and federal funds for transportation projects. This plan will help guide future transportation improvements and investments for the next 25 years.

For this survey we are asking people to consider their responses based on the cities, villages, and townships within the TwinCATS transportation planning area. This area is shown in the image below and includes the following:
City of Benton Harbor, City of St. Joseph, City of Bridgman, City of New Buffalo, Village of Grand Beach, Village of Michiana, Village of Shoreham, Village of Stevensville, Benton Charter Township, Hagar Township, Lake Charter Township, Lincoln Charter Township, Royalton Township, Sodus Township, Sodus Township, St. Joseph Charter Township New Buffalo Township, and Chikaming Township.
