The
Turtle Lake Lakeshore and Watershed Management Study is complete. The Project Team has tested the water, counted boats, mapped development, and listened to people share their local knowledge. Now the team will develop final recommendations for protecting the lake.
You are invited to attend a Public Open House to review the results and speak with members of the local Steering Committee for the Turtle Lake Study:
- Saturday, August 15 | 10 am to 12 pm | Resort Village of Kivimaa-Moonlight Bay Fire Hall
- Sunday, August 16 | 10 am to 12 pm | Resort Village of Turtle View Fire Hall
This survey is expected to take about 10 minutes. It focuses on actions that local municipalities have the authority to implement. We also ask for feedback on other ideas that require the provincial or federal government to act.
