We are looking for a committed individual who has an interest in safeguarding adults to become a new trustee at the Ann Craft Trust.

We are looking for someone who shares our values and recognises that safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility.

As part of your application, please complete the following questionnaire.

15.I do not have an unspent conviction relating to any offence involving deception or dishonesty; terrorist offences; money laundering; bribery; misconduct in public office, perjury, or perverting the course of justice; contravention of certain Charity Commission preventative orders; or attempting, aiding or abetting the above offences.

17.I have not made compositions or arrangements, including individual voluntary arrangements (IVAs) with my creditors from which I have not been discharged.
18.I am not a designated person for the purposes of anti-terrorism legislation.

21.I have not been found guilty of disobedience to an order or direction of the Charity Commission.
22.I agree to declare all interests before I commence the role, at an annual review, at Board meetings and when any material changes occur.
