We are reviewing our Trust Deed to ensure that it has strong, fair governance practices and standards, and complies with all legal requirements. The Trust Deed must be a relevant, living document that meets current best practice and is legally robust. It must be fit for purpose and serve our Ngāti Kahungunu ki Wairarapa Tāmaki-nui-a-Rua uri well.

We need your input from our registered members to get it right. Your feedback will help inform proposed amendments before resolutions are put to adult registered members for voting at a Special General Meeting in 2027.

Please send us your feedback by 5pm on Friday, 27 November 2026. You don't need to respond to all the questions, only the ones you would like to comment on.

For further information on the Trust Deed Review, check out our Information Booklet on our website: Trust Deed Review: Hui Information Booklet
