Welcome to the True Colors® Employee Experience Survey.
In the expanded version of the survey, we first gather general, anonymous employee information. Then we ask a range of survey questions divided into six sections: Professional Development, Work Engagement, Relationship Management, Supervisor Relationship, Compensation and Benefits, and Work Environment.
Organizations use our survey to learn more about their current working environment and how to enhance it.
In this condensed version of the survey, we've included one question from each of the sections. We've also intentionally included questions that use different formats to better give you a feel for the entire survey.
