The following survey was developed by the Bi-State Regional Commission and will be used to assist in identifying what transportation gaps and services need to be addressed within the Greater Bi-State Region. Particularly, how these affect human service agencies and their consumers. Answers will be compiled in the updated Transportation Development Plan (TDP) with a scheduled completion date of Spring 2014.
