Call for Presentations - NATCO Transplant Nutrition Conference- August 2 - 3, 2017 in St. Louis, MO

This is a call for nutrition program proposals for the 2017 NATCO Transplant Nutrition Conference scheduled for August 2 - 3, 2017 in St. Louis, MO.  Program proposals can be submitted for one of three categories:
1. Presentation
2. Roundtable discussion
3. Poster

Those submitting proposals may designate their preference, but the final decision will be made by the conference planning committee. Presenters should be prepared to fund their own travel to the meeting.

* Session Type (you may submit any type of presentation and more than one presentation in any category - please submit each proposal separately).

* Session Content Level

* Please provide your rationale for presentation at the NATCO Annual Meeting. For example, do you have clinical expertise, best practices or innovative research applicable to transplant nutrition. Why do you feel the NATCO Annual Meeting is a good forum for this presentation?

* Learning Objectives (3-4 for sessions; 1-2 for roundtables and posters):

* Abstract:
1. In the space below, summarize the proposed content of the session.
2. If the presentation is a research study (e.g. for a poster), please divide the abstract into four sections:
- PURPOSE: State the situation or practice topic to be discussed.
- METHODS: Briefly describe the application and appropriateness to those practicing transplant nutrition.
- RESULTS: Briefly describe findings that will be reported.
- SUMMARY: Summarize the application of knowledge.
3. The abstract should not exceed 350 words.
4. DO NOT USE the names of transplant centers or service areas in the body of your abstract.
