Call for Presentations - NATCO Transplant Nutrition Conference- August 2 - 3, 2017 in St. Louis, MO

This is a call for nutrition program proposals for the 2017 NATCO Transplant Nutrition Conference scheduled for August 2 - 3, 2017 in St. Louis, MO. Program proposals can be submitted for one of three categories:
1. Presentation
2. Roundtable discussion
3. Poster

Those submitting proposals may designate their preference, but the final decision will be made by the conference planning committee. Presenters should be prepared to fund their own travel to the meeting.
