Thank you for your interest in TransECHO. This is an opportunity for your health center to learn from experts and a cohort of peer organizations in order to increase the availability of culturally-responsible, comprehensive primary care for transgender and gender diverse. TransECHO uses the Project ECHO model in conjunction with the application of practice transformation principles. Your health center will work alongside other health centers to create systems of care that support your transgender and gender non-binary patients.

The first TransECHO session will be November 13th, 2019 from 2-4pm EST and will continue every 2nd Wednesday of the month for 12 months. Participants are expected to attend every session. Applicants will be notified of their acceptance into the cohort by October 16th, 2019. Accepted organizations will be required to attend a 20 minute orientation call in October or the first week of November.

To participate in TransECHO you must commit to attending all 12 sessions, you must have at least one medical provider and one behavioral health provider who will attend, you must submit cases when assigned, you must participate actively, and you must be a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or look-alike. Selected participants will need to confirm this commitment in their orientation call in order to participate.
