Thank you for nominating a student for the New York State School Boards Association’s Tomorrow’s Leaders Today Award. Please ensure you have carefully considered the award criteria listed on our Awards and Recognition web page before nominating your student. Lastly, please ensure the nominator is a superintendent, district/BOCES board president, an assistant/secretary to a district/BOCES superintendent, or a board clerk (legally designated to act on behalf of a superintendent or board president).

9.Did the student receive significant help from a teacher, administrator or board member in the district/BOCES?
10.If you answered "yes" to question 9, was this part of a district/BOCES class or program?
11.What is the title of the act, deed, program, initiative, product, invention, app, etc., that is being recognized? [Note: Please limit your response to 60 characters or less. This may be modified later at the nominee's request/approval.]
12.In 1,000 words or fewer, please submit a synopsis of the act, deed, program, initiative, product, invention, etc., that is being recognized.

Please note that NYSSBA representatives will reach out to the nominator only if the application is incomplete or if there is a technical issue. Nominator should otherwise assume the application is intact and received.

This award is determined by the NYSSBA Awards and Recognition Committee. If the student is to be recognized, NYSSBA will reach out to the nominator as proxy for the student. NYSSBA will not reach out to those not selected by the committee.
