Tomah, WI Childcare Survey

The Tomah Chamber of Commerce and Tomah Health recognize that childcare availability and cost are negatively impacting employees in our community. In order to be part of the solution, the Chamber and Tomah Health are interested in exploring ways to support Tomah’s childcare providers. The first step is to determine the childcare needs of the Tomah community through a short survey. Please begin the survey by clicking below.
