In this engaging course you will learn three simple, universally applicable approaches to help you confidently move any group from conflict or confusion to consensus and commitment. Immersive demonstrations, hands on practice, peer coaching, and real life application opportunities will ensure you leave with confidence to immediately put your new skills to use.

Consensus Workshop
Infuse a group with creative energy and bring diverse opinions and perspectives into an agreement everyone can own and support.

Action Planning
Quickly plan and prepare a group project for launch, and develop shared commitment to timelines, tasks, and success measures.

When & Where:
The course will be conducted in nine 2.5 modules between September 8 and 25, as noted below. All sessions will be held from 9:00 – 11:30 AM., and participation is all sessions is required.

- Focused Conversation:  Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday – September 8, 9, 11
- Consensus Workshop:  Monday, Tuesday and Friday – September 14, 15, 18
- Action Planning:  Monday, Tuesday and Friday September 21, 22, 25
