Introduction

The ideas you provide in this survey will be used to shape Nebraska's Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) application for grant funding. The grant - the federal Title V Maternal Child Health (MCH) Block Grant - pays for many services and programs for healthy families.

The Nebraska Snapshot gives a 10-page overview of Nebraska’s combined 2024 Application and 2022 Report (269 pages) submitted 8/11/23. It is also found in the Title V Information System (TVIS). TVIS offers a lot of information on each of the 59 states and territories. Those sites are provided by our federal partner, the Maternal Child Health Bureau (MCHB) within the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). HRSA and MCHB provide a variety of MCH resources.
