We currently have limited inventory available for January - March 2023 delivery, and will be taking orders by April for Q4 2023 and Q1 2024 deliveries. You will have the opportunity to make changes up to about 90 days prior to delivery. Pay-in-Full ($1,000 discount off final price)
Lock in current pricing and secure your place in our order queue, plus receive a $1,000 discount! All funds will be held in a trust account pending the following release schedule. $5,000 of this amount becomes non-refundable 5 days after signing this Agreement. 50% of the remaining balance will be released from the trust account and becomes non-refundable 90 days prior to the estimated completion date. Upon completion, all remaining funds will be released from the trust account. Financed purchases do not qualify for a $1,000 discount.

Two Payment Option ($5,000 deposit required)
This is a great way to secure your place in our order queue. Deposit becomes non-refundable 90 days prior to the estimated completion date. Payment one (50% of remaining balance) is due 90 days prior to estimated completion date, payment two (final 50%) is required 30 days prior to completion date. If purchase agreement is signed less than 90 days until the estimated completion date, deposit plus 50% payment are required. If purchase agreement is signed less than 30 days until the estimated completion date, deposit plus full payment are required. Financed purchases require a minimum $5,000 deposit and payment in full by financial institution at least 60 days prior to estimated completion date.
