The Government has asked the Migration Advisory Committee (MAC) to consult on ‘whether the existing design of the Tier 1 Entrepreneur route is appropriate to deliver significant economic benefits for the UK’. The MAC’s consultation ends on 12 June 2015 and it has been asked to report to the Government by the end of 2015.

Kingsley Napley will be submitting its response to the MAC in due course. We would welcome your views to assist us in formulating our recommendations to help shape future government policy.
