This survey explores your opinions about Tick-borne diseases. The principal investigator of this project is Professor Stephen Croucher from the School of Communication, Journalism, and Marketing, Massey University and Docent Leona Gilbert, University of Jyväskylä. In the final analysis of the survey, all names will be anonymous and results will be presented in aggregate. Thus, no names will be known to the public. The survey should take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.
