The Thriving Congregations Assessment utilizes the characteristics of vitality in thriving congregation that are grounded in the Christian tradition and contemporary research. Part One asks you to rate the importance or priority of the characteristics of vitality in thriving congregations. Part Two asks you to rate how effectively the church is implementing or practicing the characteristics of vitality in thriving congregations. 

When all of the assessments from your church leaders are compiled into a report, you will have a profile of both the importance and the practice of the characteristics of vitality in your church.
