Thompson Health Care EA Pay Petition
I am an employee of Thompson Health Care.
I was recently asked to vote on the Thompson Health Care, NSWNMA, ANMF NSW Branch and HSU New South Wales Branch Enterprise Agreement 2020.
Based on Thompson’s advice, I understood that the new Agreement would provide:
The higher pay rates in the document titled 'Thompson Health Care, NSWNMA, ANMF NSW Branch and HSU New South Wales Branch Enterprise Agreement 2021 - New wages and allowances commencing from the operative date of the Proposed Enterprise Agreement', and
2% wage increases per year for the period of 3 years, with the base rates being the rates in the above mentioned document.
Please note, your personal details from this petition will not be provided to Thompson.
The petition will be provided to the Fair Work Commission as evidence to approve the Agreement with the higher pay rates.
