THE THREE SISTERS KITCHEN - A New Community Education and Commercial Kitchen

The Three Sisters Kitchen is a project of the DowntownABQ Main Street initiative. The Kitchen initiative is focused on creating affordable, food-centered spaces for education, community building, and food business entrepreneurship. The Kitchen may include a commercial kitchen to serve as a test kitchen for food entrepreneurs, a food retail space, a winter site for the Downtown Grower's Market, a space for community gatherings, and a site for culinary and nutrition workshops and train the trainer programming. Kids Cook! (a New Mexico nonprofit) is pleased to be a training partner. WE NEED YOUR HELP TO IDENTIFY WORKSHOP AND TRAINING TOPICS -- AS WELL AS TRAININGS THAT YOUR ORGANIZATION MAY BE INTERESTED IN PROVIDING.
