What is this survey for? This survey is designed to help us understand what the very best leaders - the ones we consider The Whole Package - do more of, less of, or differently than their peers. This research will help us refine a framework for developing leaders that can help others succeed and flourish in the future. It is based on the belief that our organizations get better when our people get better, but our people don’t get better until our leaders get better.
What do you mean by the “Whole Package?” A leader who is the whole package excels in every area of their responsibility and performance. This individual embodies everything you would want in a leader. They are not perfect, but this is someone you would voluntarily follow.
