The Tillamook County Transportation District (TCTD) operates The Wave bus service in Tillamook County, connecting to Lincoln County, Clatsop County, Salem, and Portland, as well as Dial-A-Ride service. The Wave is part of the Northwest Connector Alliance of transit agencies serving northwest Oregon (see map below).

We are conducting a comprehensive review of our fare structure and policies and are asking riders and the public for feedback on changes we're considering for mid-2021. Our goals for these changes include:
  • Simplify and streamline the fare structure 
  • Coordinate fare policies with other providers
  • Increase ridership while balancing fare revenue (which helps pay for the service)
  • Make it easier to introduce new fare media in the future, including mobile and electronic ticketing
To make sure the changes meet the needs of Tillamook County residents and The Wave riders, we need your input! This survey takes about 10 minutes to complete.
