The 2019 Good Neighbor Award Nominations
 Presented by Good Samaritan Health Center of Gwinnett 

Purpose:
The Good Samaritan Health Center of Gwinnett thanks you for taking a few minutes to nominate a fellow Gwinnitian who embraces and regularly demonstrates the character and spirit of a Good Neighbor. Appropriate nominees are respected service-minded individuals, groups, or organizations residing or headquartered in Gwinnett County. The winner of this award will be selected by a special committee of dedicated leaders of Gwinnett and recognized on October 3, 2019, at our Good Neighbor Benefit Gala hosted at Ashton Gardens in Sugar Hill. 
Minimum criteria for nomination of a Good Neighbor who is deserving of this award is as follows:
  • Known for their cheerful giving of time, talent and/or treasure in Gwinnett for at least two years. 
  • Demonstrates a consistent positive impact on the community.  
  • Shows true leadership qualities.
  • Exceptional role model in the community.
  • Concerned for and promotes the welfare of the community.
