Background Information

Pitches devour incredible resources. As a result, they make life difficult for numerous players in the MICE industry.

For THE EVENT EXPERIMENT, we have joined forces for a unique, international cooperation. Together, we are turning the tables: in our reverse pitch, this time we are inviting customers to take part in OUR competition. The prize is a unique premium event developed by us, guaranteed to take place only once and which will be sold only once to the winner of THE EVENT EXPERIMENT.

The main goal of this stunt is to trigger dialogue and collect data to draw attention to the current situation. That is why The Event Experiment is also supported from an academic point of view.

We want to discuss, develop and create a much more sustainable, effective and respectful future of pitches in the MICE industry. This needs a profound and inclusive approach with all parties around one table – agencies, locations, service providers and suppliers together with clients.
