Client Satisfaction Survey 2026 :: Lyngblomsten Apartments

Dear Residents of the Lyngblomsten Apartments,

Lyngblomsten is seeking feedback on your experience as a resident of the Lyngblomsten Apartments. Your responses will help us identify what we're doing well and where we can improve, all with the goal of providing you with the best senior living experience possible!

Please answer the questions that follow, reflecting on your experience as a resident of the Lyngblomsten Apartments. If you receive services from another Lyngblomsten entity (e.g., your spouse lives at the Lyngblomsten Care Center, you participate in a caregiver support group provided by Lyngblomsten Community Services), you will receive a separate survey link for that entity. Please use this survey to reflect on your experience as a resident of the Lyngblomsten Apartments.

The survey is short (it takes about 5 minutes to complete) and will remain open from Wednesday, May 20, through Tuesday, June 2.

If you need assistance completing the survey, you may ask a family member or friend to help. However, we ask that only one survey be submitted for you (your family member/friend should not submit their own survey in addition to yours).

Your input on the survey will be confidential/anonymous.
