Texas Charter School Program High-Quality Replication Grant
Parent Survey
Fall 2019

ABOUT THE EVALUATION

The Texas Education Agency (TEA) has contracted with the Community Training and Assistance Center (CTAC) to conduct an evaluation of Texas’s Charter School Program High-Quality Replication Grant. The purposes of CTAC’s evaluation are (1) to identify and analyze the mechanisms, processes, and practices adopted by high-quality charter school campuses when attempting to replicate their programs on new campuses, and (2) to assess the impact of this grant on school and student performance outcomes.

As a key data collection component of the evaluation, CTAC developed and is administering this survey. The survey will remain open through Friday, November 22, 2019. The survey should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. The survey questions focus on

1. the processes by which the first cohort of Charter School Program High-Quality Replication grantees plan for, support, and operate high-quality replication campuses; and

2. the use of and perceptions of any grant-funded supports provided by TEA and other organizations.
