Thank you for registering for the Texas Chapter Annual Meeting! 
We are excited to have you join us in October!
1.) Complete the registration form below. Please note, virtual full day registration (via GoToWebinar), as well as in-person attendance is available.
2.) Include information related to dietary restrictions, if applicable  (light breakfast and lunch will be provided for onsite attendees).

3.) If you choose to pay online prior to the meeting via PayPal, make that selection below (question 6) and return to the Texas Chapter Annual Meeting informational email and choose the PayPay payment link.  If you choose to pay via cash, check, or credit card at the venue, make that selection below (question 6) and pay onsite on October 5th.

4.) Be sure to click SUBMIT at the end of the registration form.
Please note: We do not have hotel blocks, so if you require accommodations, there are many choices in Huntsville.
