Do you have experience working in California's homeless databases such as CHAMPs, or Clarity? Or equivalent databases that require you to enter specific case notes on participants?

How many years of experience do you have providing outreach, which is going into the field and entering homeless camps, or areas of high populations of individuals experiencing homelessness, and providing food, water, or other services to those individuals.

Please briefly describe your experience in providing case management services to individuals. What was your case load, and what case management services did you provide?

12.In this position you will be working with individuals who are currently experiencing homelessness in the Hollywood area. These individuals sometimes suffer from addiction issues, mental health issues, or a combination of both. You may be exposed to unpleasant smells and sights while working with this population, due to lack of access proper hygiene.
