Teacher Contract Survey

To ensure smooth transition from PGv2 to PGv3, NHRS has a few questions about teacher contracts for School Employers who submit monthly wage and contribution data via XML file or Web-entry. The PGv3 file layout currently requires teacher contract information that includes the following fields marked below:
XML File Employers answer questions 1-6, Web-Entry Employers answer questions 3-6:
1.Do you have the ability to include contract information for teachers in your employer reporting file?

Required V3 fields:
  • Contract begin date
  • Contract end date
  • Contract Salary
  • Pay period Frequency- 21 or 26 pays
  • Job share flag
  • Job share position
  • Apply to subsequent pay periods flag
2.If no, what would you need to be able to report it in your file? (Ex: need fields added to XML format).
3.How do you currently track your teacher contract information? (Ex: spreadsheet, employee paper file, database, etc.)
4.What are your contract period dates? (Ex: 9/1/22-6/30/23)
5.If you are a multiple district SAU, are all of your district's contract periods the same?
6.If no, what are the contract period differences between the SAU's school districts and why?
