Adult Education Class Proposal Form

Thank you for your interest in adult education classes. Please fill in following fields to submit a class proposal for teaching. All fields are required:

3.Provide a 4-5 sentence description of the class ( in 50-75 words) that would appeal to students including what skills they would learn and what level of experience students should have?(Required.)
4.List at least 3 class objectives that you have for this class.(Required.)
5.What equipment or materials would you need to conduct the class?(Required.)
6.What would be the maximum number of students for the class?(Required.)
7.What days and times would you prefer to teach this class? Check all that apply.(Required.)

9.The Missouri Botanical Garden has two seasons of classes. Our Fall Winter season goes through September 1 to February 28, and our Spring Summer season goes through March 1 to August 31. What season would you want to teach in? Check all that apply.(Required.)
