USCC Target Organics (TOC) - Follow Up Survey

Audience: Municipalities (composters and program managers) seeking to:

1) implement a new program for collecting & processing food scraps and other organics, OR

2) improve an existing program for collecting & processing food scraps and other organics

Objective: Gather additional information on what resources would be most helpful in assisting municipalities in “developing, executing, and growing programs to collect & process food scraps and other organics” (i.e., advance the mission of the TOC).
