Thank you for responding to our survey, which should take less than 10 minutes to complete! We are seeking input on your company's need for entry-level IT positions in Baltimore and across Greater Washington that do not require a four-year degree.

Your responses will help us develop an employer signaling system that will guide educators from high schools and community colleges in their curriculum development, ensuring that education and training programs are targeting skills, competencies, and industry credentials that you need in your entry-level IT positions. All information will be anonymized and aggregated; no company-personal information will be shared

In this survey, you will be asked to provide your best-guess estimates for the number of projected entry-level IT openings that can be filled by workers that do not have a 4-year degree, using maximum growth projections for the next 12 months. An entry-level position is one requiring two years or less of professional experience in the role or using the skill, competency, or credential.

Please note that the survey uses generic position descriptions that may not match the job titles at your company.
